SHIPPING
APEX is serious about minimizing your machine's downtime. Our goal is to assist our Customers by getting their machine back up and running as quickly as possible, which is why all orders placed by 3:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Rubber Tracks and all other products are always shipped free of charge to the lower 48 states.
Valid Contact Information
We ask that Customers provide a valid contact number at checkout. Many of our heavier deliveries are made by carriers driving large trucks with trailers. Drivers of these trucks will need to schedule an acceptable time frame to make the delivery so the Customer can be present to sign for the order.
Deliveries
Please attempt to provide a commercial delivery address for rubber track shipments. These addresses are preferred by freight carriers and are much easier to navigate. However; APEX will gladly ship to a residential address if preferred or necessary.
Returns
APEX accepts returns on items that have not been installed on a machine and are in new condition within 30 days of delivery. 100% of the original product purchase price will be credited. APEX does not charge restocking fees. Once a return is received, Customers can expect to see a refund within three business days.
